(1) We are closely monitoring the weather conditions before shipping live fishes. Some orders may delay due to heavy snowfall, freezing and flooding. 
(2) Some orders, may be expected to delay longer than our standard 30 day processing time if, bad weather continues. 
(3) USPS has slowed down service to some parts of the nation. Expect an extra day delay in packages. We highly encourage customers to use UPS service during this Holiday Season.
(4) FIRE at California Facility. Due to a recent fire at our California Facility of the FISHERY location at ADOBE LANE, this facility is permanently CLOSED. This may affect some customer's orders. This alert temporarily extends our normal 30 day order processing time to 60 days. Should we not be able to fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund.
