By entering to play, you agree that you will be responsible for shipping, taxes, and other fees that may apply. If you live in California or near us, and you wish to pick up your prize to avoid shipping charges, you may schedule an appointment with us. This giveaway includes the Shipping Box Fee. Whereas you will not be charged a shipping box fee. Winner is not transferrable. If the winner declines the prize, then the giveaway is forfeited. Winner is to pay a shipping Price of $21 (before taxes & other fees). Note that certain species of fishes may require faster shipping such as overnight services, which is $70. Some examples of species are Arowana, Elephant Fish, African Butterfly, Large fishes, etc. Expect that we may require the winner to pay for overnight service during cold months. There is a $9.00 Shipping surcharge fee shipping to any of US territories or islands. Some territories or islands are not eligible due to strict laws or require an import permit. Participants to verify if it is legal to import such fish into their states prior to claiming. SFA cannot be held liable to any outcome of trouble that may arise between you and your local authorities. Some Fridays, we might ship the prize for free. Giveaway comes with our standard DOA guarantee policy. See Sale Policy page to see full details. Excluding replacements; we will refund the shipping as Credits. No cash refunds. The draw will not be drawn for the Friday if there are not enough participants. The minimum for us to play are 100 participants per Friday.
Participants cannot cheat by creating multiple accounts for higher chance of winning. This is an equal opportunity draw. No one will be rejected to participate due to race, color, religion, national origin, or sex. YouTube participators must make their subscriber status public in order for us to verify their subscription status to our channel. Unfortunately, we do not have an export permit, therefore this draw is limited for participants located within the USA only.
At the time of winner claimed prize, SFA will verify eligibility listed above. If the player failed to meet all requirement to play, then the prize will be forfeited. Unfortunately, we will NOT ship Live plants or fish to P.O. Boxes.
At times, some Fridays will not be Live Fish, rather--- it may be Plant Packages. Plant packages shipping is not via overnight service, instead--- shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Plant winners are responsible for Plant shipping at a flat price of $21.00. This giveaway comes with shipping box. Whereas winner will not be charged for shipping box fee.
